This hot chili pepper blend is a mixture of the few whole spices in this chili"mitmita" it is used as a primary condiment for raw beef delicacies like "Kitfo"(steak tartar) "Kurt" beef sashimi "adult" lamb, liver, tripled beef mixture and gored- gored.
